Job description

About The Role

The role is the operational backbone of a fast-growing technology organization: owning the processes, systems, and cross-functional coordination that keep engineering, product, and go-to-market teams executing in lockstep.

About The Role

The role is the operational backbone of a fast-growing technology organization: owning the processes, systems, and cross-functional coordination that keep engineering, product, and go-to-market teams executing in lockstep. The Operations Manager will work directly with department leads to identify bottlenecks, build scalable workflows, and drive high-visibility initiatives from kickoff through measurable outcomes. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on turning ambiguity into clear plans and ensuring those plans actually ship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and continuously improve core operational processes, including planning cadences, resource allocation, and workflow documentation in tools like Notion, Confluence, and Jira
  • Drive cross-functional projects end-to-end — scoping, timelines, owners, and deliverables — with regular updates to executive stakeholders
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Google Sheets to track KPIs, headcount plans, and budget pacing
  • Run quarterly planning and OKR processes, facilitating sessions and consolidating goals across teams
  • Manage vendor relationships and SaaS tooling contracts, evaluating cost, utilization, and renewal decisions
  • Design and launch new business processes (onboarding, procurement, facilities coordination) as the company scales
  • Surface risks, blockers, and dependencies early, and drive resolution across teams
What We Are Looking For
  • 3-6 years of operations, program management, or project management experience, ideally at a high-growth technology company
  • Demonstrated ability to run complex, multi-team projects from planning through delivery
  • Strong analytical skills; fluent in spreadsheet modeling and comfortable learning BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
  • Experience with project management tooling (Jira, Asana, Linear, or Notion) and executive-level reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to align stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Bonus: Experience with OKR frameworks, business operations/strategy roles, vendor procurement, or SQL for self-serve analysis
