Job summary

Hawke & Co, a New York garment company, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to optimize daily operations across departments, implement efficient processes, and drive measurable improvements in performance.

You'll partner with sales, product development, sourcing, logistics and finance, develop SOPs, manage inventory, and lead cost-saving initiatives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of operations or supply chain management experience.
• Experience in apparel, fashion, consumer products, or retail preferred.
• Proven record of improving operational efficiency.

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities across multiple departments.
• Improve workflows, systems, and processes.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly resourceful Operations Manager who doesn't wait for answers—they find them.

The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities

while continuously improving the way our business operates. This role is for someone who enjoys

challenges, takes ownership, and can identify solutions before problems become obstacles.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities across multiple departments.
