This full-time role offers a salary of $60,000–$70,000 base, an insurance stipend, a company vehicle, 2 weeks paid vacation after a 6-month review, and growth opportunities as the company scales.

Mount Joy Property Solutions is looking for a proactive, high-level Operations Manager who takes ownership, moves with purpose, and holds themselves to an exceptional standard. We’re looking for someone who sees what needs to be done, takes initiative without waiting for direction, and follows through until the job is truly done.

As Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping a growing residential, commercial, and home services company running at a high level. You’ll bring structure to daily operations, coordinate people and priorities, strengthen systems, solve problems before they grow, and help build the operational foundation needed for continued growth.
