Job summary

Crew2, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to support all operations associates and functions, including order processing, estimating, purchasing, logistics, and customer service.

You will collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and Scheduling teams to ensure timely, cost-effective project execution and payment integrity. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a track record of improving operational efficiency in a construction-related environment.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with RFMS a plus.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operations ensuring materials needed to complete jobs are ordered.
  • Partner with scheduling to confirm schedule capacity for Install teams.
  • Review jobs with Sales, Purchasing, and Schedulers to verify material and manpower.
  • Certify items on the schedule are legitimate and billable; ensure proper procedures to secure payment.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with builders and design companies to keep jobs running smoothly.
  • Manage P&L responsibility.
  • Handle other duties as assigned.
