Job summary

Roylo Partners is seeking a motivated, entry-level Operations Manager to work with senior team members and keep client projects on track. This hands-on role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to scheduling, tracking deadlines, and coordinating deliverables across teams.

You'll receive structured training and regular mentorship, with a clear path to grow into a full Operations Manager position within two to three years, while working on-site in Miami, Monday to Friday,

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate or up to 2 years in operations, project coordination, administration, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong organizational skills with a natural instinct for keeping track of moving parts.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, and confidence talking to clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of client projects, including scheduling, tracking deadlines, and coordinating deliverables across teams.
  • Attend client meetings, capture clear notes, and follow up on agreed actions in a timely, professional manner.
  • Help gather and analyze operational data, then turn it into simple, useful reports for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Assist with process documentation and identify opportunities to streamline how work gets done.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to keep projects moving.
  • Monitor project budgets and flag any risks or overruns to senior staff early.
  • Build strong working relationships with client contacts and become a trusted point of communication.
  • Learn the craft of a great Operations Manager from people who've been doing it for years, and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow.

The Essentials
