About The Role

The Operations Manager owns the underlying processes, tooling, and cross-functional coordination that enable engineering and product teams to scale efficiently in a high-growth tech environment. This position eliminates operational friction, designs resilient workflows, and drives strategic projects from initial planning to measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize core operational processes, documenting rigorous workflows and standard operating procedures across distributed technical teams
• Coordinate complex cross-functional programs, utilizing Jira, Confluence, and Notion to track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
• Analyze operational metrics and resource allocation via SQL and BI dashboards to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency
• Manage technical tooling stacks, internal software licenses, and vendor relationships supporting day-to-day operations
• Partner with finance and leadership to forecast operational budgets and surface systemic risks
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team velocity and communication across remote departments

What We Are Looking For

• 4-7 years of operations, technical program management, or project management experience within a technology company
• Proficiency with data analysis tools including SQL, Excel, and BI platforms such as Looker or Tableau
• Demonstrated expertise in workflow design, process optimization, and change management
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a track record of aligning cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related quantitative field
• Bonus: PMP, Scrum Master certification, or prior experience in a remote-first software organization
