Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring an Operations Manager in McAllen, TX. You will lead warehouse activities, manage a team, and drive safety, efficiency, and customer service to meet KPIs.

You will plan labor needs, collaborate across departments, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of sanitation and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years warehouse operations or direct warehouse management experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proven management skills with emphasis on guiding and developing a team, customer service, communications, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and dispositioning merchandise, and maintaining warehouse inventory.
• Partner with sales, inventory control, and operations support to ensure availability of products.
