Eckart LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement. You will oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control while coordinating with procurement, logistics, and customer service to enhance service delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in warehouse operations management, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of logistics experience, highly desired.
• 5+ years in warehouse operations management or related field with proven success.
• Strong leadership and team management skills in fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of inventory management and shipping logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily warehouse functions: receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
• Analyze workflows and apply continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; conduct safety audits and trainings.
• Prepare and manage budgets for warehouse operations; forecast and plan expenditures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on warehouse operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
