Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Project Coordinator to support cross‑functional teams in Los Angeles. You will manage ad hoc projects, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining strict confidentiality of client information.

You will analyze billing data, onboard new clients with leadership, document workflows, and report on progress to executives. Proficiency in Excel/Word and strong communication are essential in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven track record of success in related field/role.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze and reconcile financial reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Complete long term and short term ad hoc projects.
  • Adhere to internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Review and analyze employee billing data and report discrepancies as needed directly with leadership.
  • Work with leadership to seamlessly onboard new clients.
  • Assist in implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
  • Provide status updates on company projects.
  • Coordinate closely with the Operations team on all aspects of project implementation.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and storage.
  • Assist in supporting short and long-term operational strategies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of critical third-party deadlines.
  • Respond to management regarding financial results, special reporting requests, and other reports.
  • Communicate project roadblocks and updates with leadership.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Other projects as assigned by Executive leadership.
