Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in 3PL, distribution, manufacturing or import operations.
• Experience managing key customer accounts from order receipt to delivery.
• Hands-on coordination of warehouse operations, labor planning, inventory, order fulfillment, logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily order processing from PO receipt through shipment.
• Plan warehouse labor based on incoming and outgoing orders.
• Coordinate inventory availability with warehouse operations.
• Assign tasks to warehouse and office personnel.
• Monitor order status and ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Track projects and meet deadlines; develop SOPs.
• Monitor KPIs: order accuracy, on-time shipping, labor productivity, inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with sales, accounting, purchasing, and logistics.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.

We are a specialty packaged food company with distribution into the retail and foodservice sector across the USA and Canada. After 30 years in business, we continue to add talented individuals to our team.

We are looking for a senior-level manager with minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within a third-party logistics (3PL), distribution, manufacturing, or import environment. Candidates with experience managing key customer accounts from order receipt through final delivery are highly preferred. The individual must demonstrate hands-on experience coordinating warehouse operations, labor planning, inventory, order fulfillment, logistics, and cross-functional teams while ensuring projects and customer commitments are completed accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily order processing from PO receipt through shipment.
• Plan warehouse labor based on incoming and outgoing orders.
