Great Expressions Dental Centers is seeking an experienced Dental Operations Manager to ensure smooth clinic operations and outstanding patient care. You will lead teams, optimize schedules, and drive continuous improvement across the practice.

Ideal candidates bring healthcare operations experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with dental software and MS Office. This role includes travel and requires an active driver's license; competitive base pay with bonuses is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental operations management or healthcare operations is preferred.
• Active driver's license and ability to travel for daily bank runs.
• Proficiency with dental software systems and Microsoft Office Suite is required.

It would be even better if you also had…

• Associate Degree/Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in dental operations management or a comparable role within the healthcare sector.
• Must have and maintain an active driver's license, to comply with the organizations annual motor vehicle requirements for travel during work hours to include making daily bank runs.
• Proficiency in dental software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
