Kept Companies is the leading provider of services such as commercial fleet washing, retail equipment refurbishing and sales, refrigeration, hood, coil, solar panel cleaning, and parking lot services.

The Operations Manager is responsible for the safe and efficient completion of all work for their assigned routes. The role involves approximately 30% office activities—such as record keeping, scheduling, billing, and fleet management—and 70% field activities, including driving, site visits, safety checks, and sometimes manual labor like washing.

Qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to learn Fleetwash software, and experience managing a diverse team in a dynamic environment. The position offers flexible hours with limited weekends off, requiring self-management and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control: Leading route teams to ensure high customer satisfaction through precise service execution.
• Safety & Environmental Compliance: Upholding safety standards, environmental regulations, and asset management practices.
• Operational Efficiency: Completing assigned work efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Scheduling & Billing: Finalizing weekly schedules by Sunday, reconciling daily routes, and completing billing by Tuesday 9AM.

Regular Duties:

• Assisting with hiring, promotions, and discipline.
• Overseeing route employees, including training and daily operations.
• Responding to field issues such as breakdowns or injuries.
• Maintaining vehicle and equipment readiness.
• Handling customer complaints and emergencies.
• Leading safety meetings and employee reviews.

• Base salary with potential commissions after 90 days based on route performance.
