Job summary

Anadarko in Houston seeks a qualified professional to travel to designated operation areas to manage and coordinate ongoing and specific development activities. The role includes monthly financial reporting to the Tooling Manager for FLASH and actively marketing DTS products and services.

The candidate will develop local Technicians, handle invoicing with the DTS Cost Accountant, monitor overdue invoices, and support proposals and marketing for area operations and DTS Tooling lines.

Responsibilities

• Travel to areas of responsibility to manage and coordinate ongoing and specific area operations and development.
• Report accurate financial results and trend analysis of responsible area to Tooling Manager on a monthly basis for inclusion in FLASH.
• Market and promote DTS products and services.
• Develop local Technicians as part of the DTS in country workforce.
• Raise invoices and work with the DTS Cost Accountant to ensure correct client and inter-company invoicing.
• Monitor and assist in follow up and expediting of outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments per contracts.
• Assist proposal preparation and marketing efforts in support of Area operations and DTS Tooling product lines.
• Review client drawings and documents of SIT related equipment to assess Tooling and equipment.
• Attend safety and project start meetings when required.
• Ensure expatriate and local employees have training to conduct Tooling operations to the highest level.
• Work within QA requirements and undertake Risk Assessments on operational activities.

Job description

The principal duties, responsibilities and accountabilities for this position are:
