Job summary

Fish Window Cleaning of Uxbridge is seeking a hands-on Office/Operations Manager to oversee daily production, scheduling, and the distribution of work orders. The role involves ensuring weekly completion targets and maintaining smooth office operations.

You will recruit, hire, and train window cleaners, supervise staff performance, handle payments and deposits, and assist with customer estimates. A focus on safety and teamwork is essential in this position.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrists, and arms
• Able to work with arms above head

• Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 110 degrees

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
