Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the back office and front-desk teams, ensuring a clean, high-energy environment for members. You will manage revenue targets, inventory, and daily reporting while upholding brand standards.

The role requires experienced management in health, fitness, or hospitality, strong communication skills, and a proactive leadership approach to solve problems and improve operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous management experience required; Health & Fitness or Hospitality background preferred.
• Highly organized with strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Proactive leadership willing to take responsibility and solve problems.
• Comfortable supervising POS operations and managing detailed administrative files.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of hitting monthly Operations Revenue goals through efficient management and POS oversight.
• Manage supply ordering, receiving, and inventory reporting to keep the club stocked and operational.
• Maintain accurate daily and weekly revenue and inventory reports.
• Hire, train, and develop an operations team focused on friendliness and punctuality.
• Ensure dress code compliance and club cleanliness to uphold brand standards.
• Foster teamwork across club functions to improve member and staff experience.
• Champion member retention by advocating for optimal operational processes and in-club experiences.
• Oversee general maintenance and organizational flow to deliver a premium "Big Gym" feel.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Revenue

• Financial Targets: Take ownership of hitting monthly Operations Revenue goals through efficient management and point-of-sale oversight.
• Inventory Control: Manage supply ordering, receiving, and inventory reporting to ensure the club is always fully stocked and operational.
• Reporting: Maintain an efficient "back office" by filing accurate daily and weekly revenue and inventory reports.

• Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing operations team focused on friendliness and punctuality.
• Brand Presentation: Ensure the team consistently executes the basics, including strict adherence to dress code and club cleanliness.
• Teamwork: Instill a sense of common responsibility across all club functions to improve both the member and team member experience.

Member Retention & Experience

• Advocacy: Act as a champion for member retention by advocating for the best possible operational processes and in-club experiences.
• Facility Management: Supervise the general maintenance and organizational flow of the club to ensure a premium "Big Gym" feel.

Qualifications
