Job summary

Bottom Line Equipment is seeking a seasoned Site Operations Manager to oversee rental, parts, service and support functions at our Texas location. You'll drive daily operations, staffing, budgeting, safety programs and customer service to maximize revenue and fleet utilization.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 5+ years in equipment rental or similar operations, with a proven ability to lead teams, manage costs, and build strong relationships with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years operations support or management experience in equipment rental business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages site-specific Parts, Service, Rental Departments and facility management.
• Organizes, structures, and manages daily business activities.
• Builds relationships with site staff to maintain efficient rental processes and strong customer service.
• Oversees site communication, production and efficiency.
• Directs and motivates all levels of personnel to operate as a cohesive unit.
• Fosters a culture of teambuilding, unity and high performance.
• Manages site financials, budgeting, expenses and strategic planning.
• Communicates store performance to executive management.
• Maximizes rental revenue through fleet planning and utilization.
• Forecasts income and equipment usage.
• Communicates equipment needs and purchasing recommendations.
• Reviews inventory reports for accuracy and fleet availability.
• Reviews daily equipment pickup reports.
• Maintains quality control through periodic equipment audits.
• Conducts daily store and safety meetings.
• Participates in interviewing and hiring with department managers.
• Manages store cameras and security systems; oversees hauling to improve efficiency and control costs.
• Assists HSE and HR with accident investigations and safety reporting.

Responsible for all operational activities of site location with direct management of rental construction equipment, parts, service, and support personnel. Ensures efficient operations to increase revenue, grow market share and maximize profits.

Responsibilities:

• Leads and manages activities and overall functions of site-specific Parts, Service, Rental Departments, and facility management

• Reviews inventory reports to ensure accuracy and fleet availability
• Reviews daily equipment pick up report
• Maintains quality control standards by conducting periodic audits of equipment
• Conducts daily store and safety meetings
• Participates in the interviewing and hiring of employees with department managers
• Responsible for managing and maintaining store’s camera and security systems
• Manages outside hauling to increase efficiency and manage expenses
• Assist the HSE and HR departments with all accident/incident investigations and safety reporting

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
