Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee pest control technicians, lead training, and ensure safety and service quality. You will recruit and coach residential and commercial teams, evaluate performance, and strive to maximize customer retention across the Fresno branch.

The role also involves managing scheduling, maintaining inventory of pest control products, and ensuring regulatory compliance while keeping a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED).
• Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations.
• Maintain valid driver’s license.
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate others.
• Adept at problem solving and identifying practical solutions.
• Good aptitude for basic/intermediate math, for calculations related to sales/service.
