Job summary

Teksky LLC seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead 24/7 production and warehouse operations in a regulated manufacturing environment in Fort Lupton, CO. This on-site, full-time role requires oversight of multiple shifts and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, EHS, Engineering, Maintenance, and HR.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in manufacturing with 3+ years in plant leadership, experience in regulated sectors, and familiarity with ERP/MRP and CMMS systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years manufacturing experience
• 3+ years plant/production leadership
• Experience with multi-shift or continuous manufacturing
• Knowledge of cGMP, OSHA, inventory control, scheduling, and Lean
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing experience
• Experience in pharma, biotech, food, dietary supplements, specialty chemicals, botanical extraction, or other regulated manufacturing
• ERP/MRP, CMMS, 5S, and RCA experience preferred

• Partner with Quality, EHS, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR.
• Support maintenance, procurement, audits, CAPAs, deviations, and capital projects.
