Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of management or supervisory experience in landscaping, construction, or related field.
• Proven experience overseeing crews, scheduling, and dispatching in a fast-paced field operations environment.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with job costing, invoicing, and digital time-tracking systems.
• Experience with fleet and equipment management, including tracking maintenance and repairs.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle client relations and resolve service issues professionally.
• Prior experience with hiring or personnel decisions a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and ensuring completion of all service contracts
• Oversee all active crews and delegate tasks to maintain productivity and quality standards
• Create and dispatch daily work tickets, and review job tickets and route books for accuracy
• Implement and perform job costing on all ongoing contracts
• Monitor and manage daily digital time clock entries for all employees
• Interface with maintenance clients to resolve service complaints and handle requests for additional services
• Create and modify bid contracts, and track personnel performance-based raises
• Work with the office administrator to generate daily and monthly job invoices
• Verify inventories and assist with fleet management
• Ensure all equipment is in working order and track repair status
• Maintain digital filing of daily forms and supporting documentation
• Keep track of all business assets
