Description

Candidate must reside in the Atlanta or Nashville area

Coordinate and develop all operational aspects of all Show-Site operations, including Freight, Logistics, and Decorating. Deliver the highest level of customer service efficiently. Reports directly to the Senior Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and develop all operational aspects of Show-Site operations
  • Understand and work across multiple work streams
  • Lead Accounts (Level Owner, Hall Owner, Event Owner)
  • Participate in Show Planning for assigned shows
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures
  • Understand all lines of business involved in event production
  • Develop integrated plans for assigned shows to meet labor and margin goals
  • Manage personnel and assets for assigned shows to control costs
  • Ensure accurate billing and documentation for revenue capture
  • Review labor and staffing plans to align with budgets and service needs
  • Track and report labor and productivity metrics
  • Document grievances and disciplinary actions properly
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and safety regulations
  • Manage to the Collective Bargaining Agreement and understand Management Rights
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • College Degree preferred
  • 3-7 years in operations, including management/supervisory experience
  • Experience with floor plans, construction drawings, CAD, and Adobe preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • LEAN Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement experience preferred
  • Ability to interface with staff, customers, and senior management
  • Proficiency in basic financial and computer skills
