Reporting to the General Manager / Director of Manufacturing, the Operations Manager will lead and oversee the daily manufacturing, assembly, processing operations, and shipping/receiving at the Conway, AR facility. This facility specializes in Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) and Glued-Laminated Timber (Glulam). The Operations Manager position oversees throughput, safety, quality assurance, equipment maintenance, and workforce development all while integrating Mercer's core values into everyday facility operations.
