Our Operations Managers are leaders in logistics, proficiency, and safety. They are central to ensuring the branch operates at its highest efficiency by providing a safe and streamlined environment for our employees. Your focus will be to manage the proficiency and overall profitability of the branch. You will accomplish this by hiring, leading, and mentoring our field personnel to ensure customer satisfaction, while also enforcing SavATree’s policies and procedures.

Position Title: Operations Manager
Location: Ridgway, CO
Salary: $70,000-$95,000 Per Year
Bonus: Annual

Key Responsibilities

• Manage branch proficiency and profitability
• Hire, lead, and mentor field personnel to ensure customer satisfaction
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Coordinate training and development, including safety training
• Handle daily logistics: scheduling, equipment coordination, inventory management, and maintenance oversight
• Maintain branch profit and loss reports

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Desire to grow, problem-solving skills, process improvement mindset
• Minimum two years management experience
• Degree in Business Management, Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent experience
• Leadership and mentoring enthusiasm
• Ability to prioritize and adapt easily
• Autonomous work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
