Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 6-10 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong engineering and technical background.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/CDMO, food & beverage, brewing, chemical processing, agricultural processing, or botanical extraction environments preferred.
• Working knowledge of cGMP and OSHA regulations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP, CMMS, Excel, and other operational systems.

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, production scheduling, and facility performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, yield, uptime, and productivity.
• Provide technical leadership around automated processing systems, fluid dynamics, and sanitary piping.
• Oversee maintenance, preventative maintenance programs, and overall equipment reliability.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, cGMP, environmental, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Partner with environmental and safety teams on permitting, audits, waste management, and site safety programs.
• Lead inventory management and period-end counting processes in partnership with Finance.
• Develop and mentor supervisors and frontline employees while building a high-accountability team culture.
• Utilize operational metrics and data to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvements.
• Maintain a highly organized, efficient, and safety-focused manufacturing environment.

We’re hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a highly automated manufacturing facility in Weld County, Colorado.

This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity for a technically minded operations leader who enjoys being hands‑on, improving processes, developing teams, and driving a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability.

Schedule: Full-Time | Exempt

Location: Weld County, CO

Type: Direct Hire

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, production scheduling, and facility performance

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 6-10 years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Strong engineering and technical background
• Experience in pharmaceutical/CDMO, food & beverage, brewing, chemical processing, agricultural processing, or botanical extraction environments preferred
• Working knowledge of cGMP and OSHA regulations
• Experience with liquid processing or volatile solvent environments is a plus
• Experience with ERP/MRP, CMMS, Excel, and other operational systems
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills

You’ll have the support of experienced teams across Quality/R&D, Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities, and EHS, while having significant ownership over overall plant operations.
