LeoForce is seeking a Service Manager in Massachusetts to lead a field team handling dock equipment, overhead doors, and related systems. You will coach technicians, schedule and dispatch calls, and own customer issue escalations while driving safety and KPI performance.
You’ll partner with parts, sales, and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery, monitor labor hours, and provide ongoing training. A strong leadership presence and a clean driving record are required.
Willimansett,MA, US
Experience: Manager
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
You start by reviewing the dispatch board and making sure today's jobs are matched to the right techs. Mid-morning, a tech calls in from the field with a tricky gate repair — you talk them through it and decide whether it needs a second set of hands. A customer escalation lands on your desk before lunch; you handle it personally and it's resolved by early afternoon. You spend the rest of the day reviewing labor hours and KPIs, coordinating with the parts team on a delayed order, and wrapping up with a quick training session for a newer technician.
Strong Service Managers are frequently the first internal look when a Branch Manager opening comes up — this role is a proven stepping stone toward full P&L ownership as the company continues to grow.
The Service Manager is the heartbeat of the department — if you love leading a team, solving problems, and being trusted to run things your way, this is your seat.
We keep warehouses moving, trucks loading, and businesses running safely — and we have a good time doing it. We're a fast-growing overhead dock and door company that takes pride in doing quality work, supporting our technicians, and treating customers like partners.
The salary range above doesn't include additional compensation perks.
