Job Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced and drivenOperations Managerto oversee the execution of strategic initiatives across all Eggholic locations. This role will work directly under the ownership and leadership team and serve as the key link between top-level direction and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement corporate-level strategies and initiativesat the store level across all locations.
• Ensureconsistency in operations, service quality, and brand standards.
• Overseetraining and onboardingof store-level staff and managers.
• Monitor and manageKPIsincluding food cost, labor cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with vendors, supply chain partners, and logistics to maintain smooth store operations.
• Conduct regularstore visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Supportnew store openingsand setup.
• Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to ensure promotions and budgets are aligned with operational capabilities.
• Troubleshoot daily operational challenges and provide clear, timely solutions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in multi-unit operations, preferably in the fast-casual or QSR space.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive efficiency, accountability, and performance.
• Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience with restaurant technology (POS systems, inventory tools, scheduling platforms) is a plus.
• Passion for food, people, and operational excellence.
