  • Partner with IT to monitor refurbishment workflows and continuously optimize resource utilization and efficiency.
  • Coordinate operational resource allocation and scheduling across all lab sites.
  • Leadership & Team Supervision (30%)
  • Directly supervise and support site supervisors and operations personnel across all refurbishment lab locations.
  • Guide, mentor, and evaluate direct reports to drive program consistency, team development, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee day-to-day coordination between the Operations Coordinator and lab supervisors to streamline workflow.
  • Reporting, Tracking & Communication (20%)
  • Compile and deliver regular operational metrics, refurbishment progress reports, and inventory status updates to executive leadership.

  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between senior leadership, supervisors, and technical staff.
The best candidates for this position have the following qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
