Chick-fil-A Ashley Crossing and Chick-fil-A Bees Ferry are seeking an experienced operations leader to own and optimize staffing, safety, and performance. You will lead shifts, drive quality standards, and advance through a structured development path to broader ownership.
The role requires 45–50 hours per week, with a nine-month onboarding to learn our systems, culture, and labor targets. We value humility, care, and performance in service to our guests.
Elite performance and intentional care. That's the standard. We're looking for a leader to help us hold it.
We're looking for an experienced operations leader who reads that and wants in - someone who holds a high standard for their own work, believes in how Chick-fil-A treats people, and wants to grow into real ownership of a business while helping us pursue something bigger than a shift going well.
This is a full-time role with a serious commitment attached: 45 to 50 hours a week, and a structured nine-month onboarding into how we operate. Some of it will be familiar from wherever you led before. The parts that aren't are the reason this role is worth your time.
We're a two-restaurant organization in West Ashley: Chick-fil-A Ashley Crossing and Chick-fil-A Bees Ferry.
Our vision is to be the most caring and impactful organization in our community, developing leaders whose lives change the places they serve. We pursue elite performance in how we execute and intentional care in how we treat people. That shapes the promise we make to everyone who works here: your time with us will be a positive one that prepares you for the next chapter of your life.
Certification in every position. You'll train and certify in every position, front of house and back of house. If you're coming from outside restaurants, this is where you learn the actual work. Either way it isn't busywork - it's how you earn the right to hold a team to a standard, because you've met it yourself in every seat.
Operations development curriculum. Both rotations: food safety and quality, kitchen throughput and food prep, inventory and ordering, managerial tasks, our POS and business systems, and business performance including labor targets and productivity by daypart. Each area carries hands-on challenges, not just reading.
Cornerstone. Our own leadership development curriculum, delivered through our app - modules on character, self-awareness, ownership, and execution, with written work reviewed one-on-one with a mentor. This is the part most operations leaders have never been given, and it's the part that changes how you lead.
You'll run shifts, deploy staff against a labor plan, hold food safety and food quality standards, and develop the team members and team leaders on your shifts. As you progress, you'll take ownership of a defined area of the business - scheduling, inventory, drive-through, or catering among them.
Our development path runs Team Member to Team Leader to Coordinator to Director. An experienced operations leader moves through the early rungs quickly, because much of what they measure you'll already have.
