Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated on-site Operations Manager for our Catonsville, MD location. This full-time role is focused on overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include managing team performance, optimizing staffing schedules, maintaining inventory accuracy, and leading efforts in merchandising and store layout. The Operations Manager will also ensure compliance with company policies, support loss prevention initiatives, and drive business goals to meet operational excellence.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising diverse teams
• Excellent organizational and operational planning skills to maintain store efficiency and optimize workflows
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across various teams and provide exceptional customer service

• Working knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention protocols
