Job summary

Lithko is seeking an Operations Manager for our Atlanta, Georgia-area projects. This role will partner with regional teams to drive successful delivery on commercial and industrial construction initiatives.

You will oversee project plans, team performance, and client relationships while ensuring adherence to established processes and quality standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Experience managing a variety of project types, focusing on Commercial/Industrial construction.
• General knowledge of construction principles with projects over $1 million.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and develop the project team to meet goals.
• Lead the development of the overall project plan and set team expectations.
• Take ownership of project information and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Validate project progress and provide recommendations to meet execution goals.
• Allocate and manage manpower resources to meet objectives.
• Ensure defined processes are followed and roles/responsibilities are clear.
• Maintain customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve conflicts or issues with customer management during the project.

Concrete Operations Manager

Lithko Contracting is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia! The Operations Manager works hand-in-glove regional project teams and provides operational support to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This is a dynamic and highly visible role that is integral to our continued growth and operations in the Georgia market.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience managing a variety of project types, with a focus on Commercial/Industrial construction.
• General knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience managing projects over $1 million.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.
