The role requires hands-on plant experience, 5+ years in wastewater operations, and the highest Louisiana wastewater operator certification (CDL a plus). You will oversee budgets, safety, and regulatory reporting while coordinating with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform site visits and coordinate with maintenance for peak performance.
• Manage budgets, equipment, and capital planning for trucks and infrastructure.
• Track performance, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership and account managers to align operations.

What You’ll Do

As an Operations Manager, you’ll be the leader behind the operation, ensuring everything runs safely, efficiently, and in compliance:

• Lead and develop a team of operators - hiring, coaching, mentoring, and growing the next generation of talent


• Oversee daily operations & maintenance of water and wastewater facilities


• Ensure compliance with SOPs, OSHA, DOT, and regulatory standards


• Conduct site visits, partner with maintenance teams, and keep equipment and systems running at peak performance


• Manage budgets, equipment, and capital planning for trucks, tools, and infrastructure

• Collaborate with leadership and account managers to keep operations aligned and successful
