Job summary

Inframark, LLC is hiring an experienced Municipal Wastewater Operations Manager to lead field operations at Belle Chasse facilities. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, compliance, and team development across water and wastewater sites.

You will drive performance improvements, mentor operators, and ensure regulatory standards are met while coordinating with leadership and clients. This full-time on-site position offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in wastewater operation.
• Hands-on plant experience and leadership ability.
• Louisiana wastewater operator certification (CDL a plus) or equivalent.
• Understanding of compliance, reporting, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager who knows the ins and outs of plant operations and is passionate about developing people, improving processes, and delivering dependable service.

What You’ll Do

As an Operations Manager, you’ll be the leader behind the operation, ensuring everything runs safely, efficiently, and in compliance:

• Has 5+ years in wastewater operation

• Holds highest level Louisiana wastewater operator certification (CDL a plus)
