- Candidate must reside in the Atlanta or Nashville area
Coordinate and develop all operational aspects of all Show-Site operations, including Freight, Logistics, and Decorating. Deliver the highest level of customer service efficiently. Reports directly to the Senior Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and develop all operational aspects of Show-Site operations
- Understand and work in lateral work streams
- Lead Accounts (Level Owner, Hall Owner, Event Owner)
- Fulfill roles in Show Planning process as required
- Manage to Key Performance Indicators
- Adhere to Business Standard Operating Procedures
- Understand all lines of business for event production
- Develop implementation plans for assigned shows to meet labor and margin goals
- Manage people and assets to control direct costs
- Ensure proper billing and documentation for accurate invoicing
- Review labor calls and staffing plans with Senior Operations Manager
- Track and report labor and productivity
- Document grievances and disciplinary actions
- Manage OSHA, DOT, and safety compliance
- Understand Management Rights and Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- College Degree preferred
- 3-7 years in operations with supervisory experience
- Experience reading floor plans and construction drawings; CAD and Adobe experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- LEAN Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience preferred
- Ability to interface with staff, customers, and senior managers
- Proficiency in financial and computer skills
