Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking a maintenance-focused individual for our facility in Newnan, GA. The role involves monitoring equipment, performing service requests, and scheduling preventative maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include coordinating with supervisors, monitoring contractor work, and maintaining safety standards in line with regulatory guidelines. Prior painting, sanding, and machining experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance or related work.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with routine vehicle repairs (brakes, suspension, engine components, electrical troubleshooting) preferred.

Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives.Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. Must be able to work in cramped spaces or underneath vehicles that may require getting into awkward positions. May regularly wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
