Shaw Industries in Dalton, Georgia invites ambitious engineers to join the Operations Management Trainee (OMT) Spring Cohort. You begin with an 8-week onsite training in Dalton, learn our processes, and prepare to lead projects at a manufacturing facility.

Upon completion, most graduates transition into entry-level engineering roles such as Process, Project, or Automation Engineering, with housing provided during training and relocation assistance as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Co-op or internship experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• 8-week onsite training in Dalton, GA learning company, facilities, processes, people, and leadership development.
• After training, placement at a facility to apply skills with engineering staff on real projects.
• Graduate progression into entry-level engineering roles such as Process, Project, Technical, Automation, and Industrial Engineering.
