Job summary

Shaw Industries is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our manufacturing and distribution teams in Dalton, GA. Roles include Production Associate, Creeler, Machine Operator and more, with training provided and preference for prior manufacturing or warehouse experience.

Positions involve lifting, staying attentive to safety, and maintaining quality. Expect non-rotating shifts and overtime as production demands require.

Qualifications

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull repetitively.
• Must be able to lift at least 15 lbs. - 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Depending on the assigned department and role, duties may include lifting, reaching, and movement.
• May need to climb ladders and stairs depending on the position.
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned work areas, including production floors and staging zones.
• Follow all safety, attendance, and performance policies.
• Participate in shift communication and team efforts to maintain workflow.
• Work necessary overtime as required by production demands.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads.
