Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an entry-level Operations role in the United States. The eight-week training program will rotate you through core operational functions to build a foundation in airport operations, fleet decisions, and customer satisfaction.

After training, you will move into a supervisory role overseeing daily operations or sales, leading frontline teams, and supporting fleet operations while ensuring service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree or an associate's degree plus at least two years of customer service experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to work collaboratively and make independent decisions.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with moderate noise levels.

Pay Rate: $25/hr + Company Vehicle (Gas, Insurance, Maintenance Included)

What You'll Do:

During the eight-week training program, you will rotate through core operational functions to build a strong foundation in airport operations. You will learn how daily decisions impact fleet availability, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee performance.

After completing training, you will transition into a supervisory role overseeing one or more daily operations or sales functions. Responsibilities may include leading frontline teams, supporting fleet operations, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring service and safety standards are met.

You will receive ongoing mentorship and development support, with opportunities to advance into Operations Manager and future leadership roles within our organization.

What We're Looking For:

• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• One year of experience providing high-quality customer service is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, continuously sit, stand, bend, reach, walk, kneel, get up and get down from a seated position, enter, exit, climb into, climb down from, and drive a variety of automobiles in all weather conditions.

The annual hourly rate for this position is $25/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
