Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Operational Assessments Analyst to develop, manage, and refine assessment processes for defense missions. You will produce campaign-level assessments and planning products to support senior leader decisions, integrating data from SOF expertise and unit inputs to create structured methodologies.

As a defense mission expert and Operational Assessments Analyst, you’ll bring your expertise of the development, management, and refinement of the assessment process to work on projects for a theater special operations command. You’ll produce command‑level assessments of special operations campaigning to produce GO/FO-level analytical assessments and operational planning products that synthesize complex data to facilitate informed senior leader decision‑making. You’ll utilize unit input and Special Operations expertise to analyze operational progress toward campaign objectives and effects, and integrate into Special Operations staff and perform at a high level with minimum guidance and oversight. You’ll coordinate as a team player across staff directorates to ensure communication and synchronization of assessment efforts.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
