The Role

You will apply practical experience directing multi-department or multi-location operations, including staffing, budgeting, financial oversight, performance management, and cross-functional decision‑making.

This is a remote, part‑time contract role for candidates located in the United States. The engagement is expected to last approximately 4-6 weeks and requires a commitment of at least 20 hours per week.

What You'll Do

You will review AI-generated management materials and operational scenarios from the perspective of an experienced operations leader. Your evaluations will focus on whether recommendations are accurate, practical, financially sound, and feasible across departments.

• Evaluate AI-generated operational plans, staff schedules, performance reviews, and other management artifacts for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses head‑to‑head based on operational soundness, financial rigor, and cross‑department feasibility.
• Review scenarios involving budgeting, staffing, workflow coordination, and performance improvement decisions.
• Provide expert feedback that identifies weaknesses, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve AI-generated operational content.

Requirements

This role requires substantial general operations management experience and strong written English communication. You should be comfortable assessing detailed operational decisions and explaining why a plan, workflow, or management artifact is effective or flawed.

• At least 4 years of experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Operations Director, Business Manager, District Manager, or closely related general operations leader.
• Experience directing multi‑department or multi‑location operations.
• Hands‑on experience with budgeting, staffing, and performance oversight.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate AI‑generated operational plans, workflows, and management artifacts for quality and accuracy.
• Ability to compare AI‑generated responses based on operational soundness, financial rigor, and cross‑department feasibility.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week for the engagement.

Helpful Background

Experience working with AI evaluation, auditing, or quality review can help you assess generated content efficiently. Familiarity with operational management best practices across industries is also helpful.
