You will apply practical experience directing multi-department operations, including staffing, budgeting, financial oversight, performance management, and cross-functional decision-making.

This remote, part-time contractor role lasts ~4–6 weeks, requiring at least 20 hours per week. Pay ranges from $70–$110 per hour, with English as the working language.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a general operations leader (GM/Operations Director).
• Experience directing multi-department or multi-location operations.
• Hands-on budgeting, staffing, and performance oversight experience.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated management materials and operational scenarios from the perspective of an experienced operations leader.
• Evaluate recommendations for accuracy, practicality, financial rigor, and cross-department feasibility.
