Regenis LLC is hiring an Operations and Maintenance Technician in Americus, GA. You will support safety practices while maintaining and troubleshooting equipment in a dairy-focused facility. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in industrial or maintenance field preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Willingness to work all shifts and be on-call.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Able to lift 50-75 lbs, team lifts up to 100 lbs, sometimes heavier.
• Dairy farm background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture and proper PPE use.
• Communicate through logs, reports, and documentation.
• Develop and implement equipment isolation plans (Lockout/Tagout).
• Troubleshoot issues by data collection and analysis to maintain quality.
• Perform maintenance on pumps, motors, blowers, compressors, and other equipment.
• Monitor instrument readings and ensure proper operation.
• Change oil and filters on mechanical systems; perform routine housekeeping.
