Regenis LLC in Sanborn, IA is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will support a strong safety culture while maintaining and troubleshooting plant equipment and instrumentation, with a focus on reliability and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial/maintenance setting preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record and valid license.
• Willingness to work all days/shifts, with on-call.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Dairy farm background a plus.
• Electrical/mechanical/welding experience preferred.
• Drug-free, safety-sensitive role, drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a strong culture of safety.
• Document daily logs, reports, and other documentation.
• Develop and implement equipment isolation plans (Lockout/Tagout).
• Troubleshoot issues by data collection and analysis to maintain quality and reliability.
• Perform general maintenance on pumps, motors, blowers, compressors, and other equipment.
• Monitor and record instrument readings for proper operation.
• Change oil and filters on mechanical systems.
• Clean separator screens and maintain site cleanliness.
