Job summary

Regenis LLC in Wiggins, CO is seeking a safety-conscious Operations and Maintenance Technician for full-time work on our dairy-darm digesters. You’ll support controls, instrumentation, and routine maintenance, ensuring safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in an industrial or maintenance-related field preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork is required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) to record performance.
• Willingness to work all days and shifts, with on-call periods.
• Dairy farm background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety culture and maintain safety practices.
• Communicate effectively daily through logs, reports, and documentation.
• Develop and implement equipment isolation plans (Lockout/Tagout).
• Troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and maintain product quality and equipment reliability.
• Maintain pumps, motors, blowers, compressors, and similar equipment.
• Monitor instrument readings to ensure proper operation.
• Perform oil and filter changes on mechanical systems.
• Keep site clean and professional; perform routine housekeeping.
