Job summary

The Building People, LLC is seeking a Management Analyst with an active Secret Clearance to join our government-focused team in the Washington, DC area. You will analyze workflows, support operations and maintenance transition strategies, and develop formal reports and documentation, while facilitating meetings and tracking actions.

The role requires 7+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, with advanced degrees or PMP/CMC preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Minimum 7+ years of management analysis experience.
• Background checks and potential government clearance sponsorship may be required.
