Job summary

Vector CSP is seeking a Senior Operations Logistics Manager in Northeast Philadelphia to lead logistics support for the PMA-207 Tactical Airlift office. The role requires a strong background in acquisition logistics and life cycle costing, with responsibilities spanning planning, analysis, and training support.

Responsibilities include conducting analyses, optimizing logistics elements, and contributing to maintenance planning, staffing, and provisioning activities, aligned with DoD program

Qualifications

• Life Cycle Costing experience required.
• Experience in logistics planning, analysis, and support for DoD programs is expected.
• An additional BS/BA may substitute for four years of experience in acquisition or logistics management.

Responsibilities

• Provides logistics and support services for PMA-207 Tactical Airlift Program Office.
• Conducts logistics analyses and recommends optimization of logistics elements for aircraft, weapons systems, or SE programs.
• Develops and reviews Life Cycle Cost and Total Ownership Cost management plans.
• Assists in maintenance planning, manpower, provisioning, and training device considerations.

Salary Range: $120,000.00 To $170,000.00 Annually

Job Summary:

Provide PMA-207 Tactical Airlift Program Office logistics and technical support services in the areas of planning, analysis, development, training, support equipment management, facilities and infrastructure planning.

• Conducts logistics, supportability, reliability, maintainability, and operational analyses and provides recommendations for tailoring, optimizing, and establishing logistics element requirements in support of aircraft, weapon systems, training, or SE programs.
• Provides recommendations for changes to site support including maintenance planning, phased support, manpower and personnel requirements, initial provisioning and material support, support equipment, training and training devices, technical data packaging, handling, storage and transportation, and facilities.
• Provides recommendations for the development of Life Cycle Cost (LCC) and Total Ownership Cost (TOC) Management Plans.
• Provides recommendations for the review and development of Maintenance Plans/Logistics Support Analysis (MP/LSA) records, maintenance tasks and Level of Repair Analysis recommendations.

Education:

• MS or MA degree in Acquisition, Logistics Management, Business, or Management. An additional four (4) years of acquisition or relevant logistics management experience may be substituted with a BS or BA degree.

Experience:

• At least ten (10) years’ experience in acquisition related to in-service support of DoD weapons systems performing any of the following: LORA, Maintenance Planning, Logistics Support/ Supportability Analysis, Operational Availability analysis, or resource requirements analysis.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

• Life Cycle Costing experience required.

The projected salary range for this position is $120,000-$170,000 and is based on experience and contractual requirements. However, this is not a guarantee of salary.
