Job summary

WAYB is seeking a hands-on Operations & Logistics Manager to own day-to-day supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, and operational systems, connecting overseas manufacturing, international shipping, 3PL, and retail channels.

You’ll manage NetSuite, Shopify, Celigo, and retailer EDI platforms, ensure accurate order flows, troubleshoot integrations, and drive process improvements while coordinating with partners and internal teams as WAYB grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or ecommerce ops.
• Hands-on NetSuite and Shopify experience, incl. inventory workflows.
• Experience with Celigo or similar integration platform.
• Proven 3PL management and fulfillment experience.
• Experience with international shipping and overseas manufacturing.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a hands-on Operations & Logistics Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day supply chain, inventory, and fulfillment, and operational systems.

This role sits at the center of our business, connecting overseas manufacturing, international shipping, inventory planning, third-party logistics (3PL), and order fulfillment across our DTC, Amazon, and wholesale channels.

You’ll take ownership of the systems that keep our operations running, including NetSuite, Shopify, Celigo, and our retailer EDI platforms. From maintaining accurate inventory and order flows to troubleshooting integrations and improving processes, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our business runs efficiently. You’ll also work closely with our overseas manufacturing partners and internal teams to ensure products move efficiently from production to our customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Supply Chain & Inventory Management

• Manage purchase orders, manufacturing schedules, international shipments, and inventory availability.
• Coordinate with overseas manufacturing partners to ensure production and shipping timelines align with business needs.
• Monitor inventory levels, incoming shipments, and sales demand to proactively prevent stockouts and supply disruptions.
• Work with Commercial and Finance teams on demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and inventory priorities.
• Own day-to-day relationships and operational performance with our 3PL and logistics partners.
• Oversee inbound receiving and outbound fulfillment across DTC, Amazon, wholesale, and retailer dropship channels.
• Coordinate international freight, domestic transportation, and carrier-related shipping activities.
• Monitor order fulfillment, resolve shipping exceptions, and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

Systems, ERP & EDI Management

• Own the day-to-day administration and optimization of NetSuite, Shopify, Celigo, and connected operational platforms.
• Manage and troubleshoot integrations between sales channels, ERP, 3PL, and fulfillment systems to ensure accurate order, inventory, and tracking data.
• Manage retailer EDI integrations and order management platforms, including TrueCommerce, Rithum, Nexternal, and other retailer-specific dropship portals.
• Support system setup, testing, and operational onboarding for new retail partners, sales channels, and integrations.
• Work directly with external technology partners when needed to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.

Operational Excellence

• Maintain clear reporting on inventory, open orders, manufacturing progress, incoming shipments, and fulfillment performance
• Develop practical improvements to processes, systems, and communication across the supply chain.
• Update and maintain SOPs for order processing, inventory management, fulfillment, and system workflows.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce operations, inventory management, or a related field .
• Strong hands‑on NetSuite and Shopify experience, including order management, inventory workflows, fulfillment, and transaction troubleshooting.
• Experience with Celigo or a comparable integration platform, including monitoring data flows, troubleshooting errors, and resolving failed transactions.
• Hands‑on experience managing 3PL relationships, inventory, and order fulfillment.
• Experience with international shipping, overseas manufacturing coordination, and freight management.
• Strong understanding of inventory planning, replenishment, and demand management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to independently investigate and resolve operational issues.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.

Preferred

• Experience in DTC, e‑commerce, or omnichannel operations within consumer brands.
• Experience managing supply chains involving overseas manufacturers.
• Experience working in a growing company with a lean, collaborative team.

Orders flow accurately from our sales channels through NetSuite and our fulfillment partners. Inventory and tracking information stay aligned, and issues are identified and resolved before they impact customers or retail partners.

You anticipate challenges, build practical solutions, and keep our manufacturing partners, logistics providers, and internal teams aligned.

Most importantly, you take ownership of the operation and make sure things move forward without needing constant direction.
