Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, administration, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/inventory or order-management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities and provide administrative support across multiple functions.
• Manage and track orders, shipments, deliveries, service requests, and other activities.
• Serve as a key point of contact between internal departments, customers, vendors and external partners.
• Maintain accurate information within ERP, CRM, and other company systems.
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and operational documentation.
• Monitor open items and proactively follow up to meet deadlines.
