Job summary

TreviPay is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist—Operations to own durable enablement assets for Global Operations. You will design curriculum, develop materials, and manage the LMS lifecycle, ensuring role-specific guidance stays aligned with system changes.

You will assess needs, apply ADDIE and adult learning theory, and collaborate with SMEs across Operations, Product, Risk, and Compliance to deliver effective training for a tech-enabled platform.

Qualifications

• Strong technical writing and instructional design skills.
• Ability to assess operational needs and translate concepts for learners.
• Experience with ADDIE and adult learning theory.
• 1+ year experience with Articulate 360, Vyond, and Camtasia.
• Knowledge of LMS platforms and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, and knowledge base content.
• Determine delivery methods for content updates.
• Build learning experiences using eLearning tools and media.
• Design materials for in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
• Manage LMS curriculum, paths, and reporting.
• Translate changes into role-specific guidance.
