Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Transportation or Logistics or 2+ years related work experience.
• Good driving history aligned with company standards.
• Willingness to relocate as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication and professional demeanor.
• Basic computer skills and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Learn the basic principles of the transportation industry, cross-dock operations, leadership communication, and relationship building skills.
• Complete the leadership training program through guided, independent study.
• Interface with Support Center and Service Center associates in training activities daily.
• Accompany an Account Manager during customer sales calls.
• Occasionally accompany drivers on local delivery routes to understand freight delivery processes.
