Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Operations Management is required.
• Graduated within the last three years from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering and/or business principles in a manufacturing environment to optimize operations.
• Direct and coordinate the efforts of technicians to maintain production efficiency.
• Consult with production/maintenance managers, plant engineers, staff professionals, and outside equipment manufacturers.
• Select, train and supervise employees.
