Job description

Summary
  • The Operations Support Team Specialist - Home Office is responsible for staffing utilization, support, and coordination of the Operations Support Team.
  • This position serves as a subject matter expert and may provide training and support for operational processes for both clinical and non-clinical roles.
  • This role supports both newly acquired agencies (integration support) and existing agencies across the company.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with the operations support team and leaders to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and operational standards for assigned projects.
  • Manages schedules for the operations support staff, including assignments for integrations and support for existing agencies.
  • Coordinates scheduling for home office departments regarding training for new acquisitions and acts as a resource for training existing staff.
  • Maintains current knowledge of policy changes, process updates, departmental updates, regulatory changes, and other relevant company information.
  • Acts as an operational change agent by utilizing change management tools, effective communication, and feedback to support organizational change.
  • Serves as an operational improvement expert by analyzing metrics, identifying root causes, and advising teams to enhance compliance and efficiency.
  • Supports new agency integration by onboarding new agencies and ensuring they meet operational standards and expectations.
  • Supports organizational software testing, training, and implementation, including teaching electronic medical record functionalities.
Education and Experience
  • At least 3 years of healthcare experience or 3 years in an office administration role, or a bachelor’s degree is required.
